-CrossFit Bring a Friend Day

WOD-4 minutes for each station, work as a team with partner

  • Station 1: 100 meter run and fire house slams
  • Station 2: jumping squats and box jumps
  • Station 3: burpees and kettlebell swings with 35lbs.

Wednesday, October 10

Rest Day-Very painful massage!

Thursday, October 11

10 minute jog warm up with Memphis through the neighborhood

At home WOD- 3 rounds

  • 10 air squats
  • 10 burpees
  • 100 meter run

Total time: 5:38

Friday, October 12

Rest Day

Saturday, October 13

-7 mile run in 1:06

-Average pace: 9:33/mile, 764 calories burned

Sunday, October 14

-3.25 mile run in 30 minutes

-Open gym day at CrossFit

3 rounds of:

  • 15 GHD situps
  • 10 kettle bell swings
  • 5 pull ups

Lots of stretching with bands

Total mileage this week: 15.7 miles (not including CrossFit runs)
