CrossFit at Home

Hurricane Isaac has literally put a damper on things recently. While the Jacksonville area really hasn’t been affected like many other areas in his path, we have had rain, wind, and rip currents.

With that being said, there was no swimming or biking this past weekend. Instead our CrossFit box held a pool party to celebrate getting through the 30 day paleo challenge. I think I need to start another challenge ASAP!!

Tonight instead of battling the rains, I did an at home, body weight WOD.

15 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
• 5 push ups
• 15 sit ups
• 20 air squats

I got through 11 full rounds plus 11

It was good to get a workout in at home even if Memphis was trying to join in. He did attack me afterwards by licking the sweat off my face and legs. Silly Schnoodle!
